As we revealed this morning, Jade Goody and her now fiance Jack Tweed have been busy planning their wedding – and it’s now emerged that the couple exchanged engagement rings by the River Thames over the weekend. Meanwhile, Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed has stepped in to offer Jade a wedding dress from his store as a gesture of kindness. “They went to Harrods and she found the most beautiful dress,” confirmed Max Clifford to This Morning earlier today. “Mohamed Al Fayed heard about it and said, 'That's my wedding present to you two'.” He’s not the only big name to help the couple make their hastily planned big day as perfect as possible under the circumstances – it’s thought that Elton John has offered his mansion as a possible venue if Jade is well enough to leave hospital.
