As heatworld's recently discovered, break-ups are pretty crap (we know, poor old us, etc), but imagine how much worse they must be when the whole world is watching? This is why we feel a little bit sorry for Chantelle today, because she has reportedly been unceremoniously dumped by her football player boyfriend Jermain Defoe over the phone. OK, it's not quite as bad as when Carrie Bradshaw got dumped on a Post-It in Sex And The City, but it's heading towards that league. The couple had only just returned from a "romantic" holiday in Dubai, where they were spotted looking very much loved-up. It's all rather odd. Still, don't feel too bad for the Celeb BB star. According to frends, she was never that keen on the Tottenham striker in the first place. "Chantelle has never really been sure about Jermain," says a pal. "He has a string of girl ‘friends’ and is always on the phone. Most genuinely are his friends. But Chantelle just wants a quiet life." Oh well, we're sure she'll be back in her black leather corset and down Essex club Faces in no time.
