As we explained earlier, Jade Goody is in hospital due to agonising stomach pains – and now her publicist Max Clifford has appeared on This Morning explaining more about how Jade’s feeling. “The medication was keeping her pain under control, but then Thursday Jade was suddenly hallucinating and was in pain,” he says. “Saturday she was a bit better, but a lot worse on Sunday. She was sobbing and in agony saying to me, 'What can I do? I can’t take anymore of this...' So it was decided that she went back to the Marsden Hospital. I'm glad to say she has had a more restful night last night.” He added that Jade’s now waiting to hear whether she will be able to have an operation to get the pain under control. “Jade called me when she got there and said they will operate to clear the blockages in her bowel,” he explains. “But now she is there they will assess the situation and see which is the best option for her and if she is well enough for them to operate. The most important thing is to get her out of this horrendous pain." Max also confirmed that he has indeed been fielding calls from TV shows across the globe, including prestigious US chat shows Oprah Winfrey and Larry King, who all want to interview Jade. “Her story is being reached all over the world,” he says. “I have people calling me daily wanting an update, this doesn't affect Jade at all, and I always do my best to help them. But things will only take place if and when Jade wants them to.”
