Good news for Jamie and Jools Oliver – their third child was born in the early hours of this morning. The new arrival, who hasn’t been named yet, is another girl – and a little sister for Poppy, seven, and Daisy, five. Jamie was cooking dinner for Gordon Brown, Barack Obama and other moderately important types when Jools went into labour and, even though mobile phones were banned from the banquet, good old Gordon made sure Jamie was able to keep in touch with the hospital minute by minute. A spokesman for Jamie and Jools said they’re “delighted” with their new arrival, who came along at the unsociable hour of 3.30am. We wonder if she’ll get a flowery name too…
