Jade Goody's family are threatening to sue a Sunday newspaper, after pictures of the late BB star's actual burial were published in a special Jade supplement. Law firm Carter-Ruck, who are representing the family, have demanded an apology be printed on the front page of the paper and have threatened legal action. Jade's family had specifically requested that absolutely no photos of the burial be published, with Max Clifford issuing a statement to the press as a whole. Despite this plea, an aerial photo of Jade's family and close friends standing around the grave site was still published, and Carter-Ruck are condemning it as a "gross invasion of privacy". Jade's actual funeral was, of course, broadcast all across the world, and photos from the ceremony have been all over the place. However, it does appear that while most of the day's proceedings were kept in the open, there was one occasion the family desperately wanted to stay private. The Sunday paper in question is the only publication to print the images.
