Normally, the wearing of big pants is ridiculed, but in this case we're really glad the lady in question decided to opt for more modest underwear. Poor old Tara Palmer-Tomkinson flashed her teeny tiny bottom after being caught out by a pesky gust of wind yesterday. Luckily for her, that same wind also blew her hair all over her face, so we couldn't all see the extent of her blushes. Hee hee. Marilyn Monroe would be proud...
