It was being reported that Victoria Beckham was all set to take over where Paula Abdul left off on American Idol, but last night the lady herself ended all the speculation, saying that she will in fact only be making one appearance on the US talent show. "Yes, Victoria will be making a one-off appearance as a guest judge," her agent confirmed yesterday. Just the one? Boooo. It was also confirmed today that Katy Perry will also make a one-off appearance as a guest judge on this year's series. We wonder who else Cowell and co have got in the pipeline?
