It's not often that a soap storyline warrants a post on heatworld, but we simply couldn't resist sharing our excitement at the news of Bianca and Ricky's upcoming wedding. After months of shouting "just get it on" at the TV while EastEnders is on, the scriptwriters have taken pity of the British public and written out Sam Mitchell to leave the way clear for Bianca. Ricky and Bianca (Sid Owen and Patsy Palmer) first got wed back in 1997, but split after Bianca had a fling with her mum's fella. Now reunited on the Square, Ricky will finally realise his true feeling and propose at Christmas time. The wedding will follow in February next year, to help mark EastEnders 25th anniversary. We're SO happy about this, but then we are feeling all romantic and floopy after touching Robert Pattinson last night (more on that later).
