We've heard of celebs hiring personal bum-wipers and dog-carriers, but using your own mother as a bra is going a bit far. Maybe Paris Hilton hasn't actually hired mum Kathy as a breast-supporter, and the older socialite merely fancied a quick grope? Or maybe she's just concerned that her daughter might flash more than she should. After all, she has been known to do such things before, and nobody wants to see that again! Perhaps one of Kathy's fake nails got caught in the flimsy material of Paris' dress? She does look as if she's gritting her teeth rather than smiling in this picture, doesn't she?
