Rumours are spreading across the web claiming that Lindsay Lohan could be competing in the next series of the US version of Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing With The Stars.
We’re sure the troubled actress could do with the work; she’s due to finish her court ordered rehab placement in January, and depending on who you believe she recently backed out of/was kicked off the biopic about the porn actress Linda Lovelace.
Apparently producers from Dancing With The Stars have wanted Lindsay to appear on the show for some time, a source has claimed;
"Dancing With The Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time.
The producers were concerned about her erratic behaviour, but they are taking another look at asking her to come on for the next season because she is doing so well at her sober living facility. The producers are aware that she would be available because she isn't going to be filming Inferno.
The girl can dance. Lindsay is wicked talented.
Lindsay won't be making any decisions about what she chooses for her next project without consulting first with her treatment team. This wasn't mandated by the court, her advisors or medical team, but Lindsay has taken that step herself, which is a very, very positive sign.
It pays very well. Lindsay has very limited income coming in and this could help get her out of the red."

No work from DWTS's official spokesperson about whether or not they really are after Lindsay, but we’d love to see her in a selection of sequined frocks and feathered ball gowns having a bit of banter with Len Goodman.
