While The X Factor will always be our biggest talent show love, we think we might have a little fling with The Voice, should it come to UK screens (hello, ITV2 you have to buy it up).
Christina Aguilera - who if you don’t already know is one of the judges on the show - has been talking about how the contest works and it all sounds uh-mazing! Four judges/mentors (Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton complete the lineup) will listen to the auditionees without actually looking at them, therefore judging each contestant purely on their voice. If that little twist on the talent show format wasn’t interesting enough, how about this... if more than one judge decides that they like what they hear, then they’ll have to compete to convince the singer to choose them as a mentor. There’s only one problem here, won't everyone will want Xtina to coach them?
