The first few hours of Comic Relief have well and truly flown by and if you’ve only just tuned in you’ve already missed performances from Take That (the real ones), The Wanted and Adele, so shame on you.
The Wanted were up first performing the official Red Nose Day single, Gold Forever, next came Take That, who were keen to show off their red socks after they’d wowed the crowds with another fab performance and then Adele sent shivers down our spine when she belted out her hit single, Someone Like You.
But wait, isn’t something missing? Oh, that’s right, Fake That!
Annoyingly, the moment we had all been waiting for came when Comic Relief switched from BBC1 to BBC2 to make way for the news and as a result many viewers missed the ultimate Take That tribute band perform. Oh no what a disaster – damn you live TV!
But fret not, we’re here to save the day, all you have to do is press play on the video above and you can watch James Corden, David Walliams, John Bishop, Catherine Tate and last but by no means least, Alan Carr strut their stuff in a video that will no doubt go down in Comic Relief history - Enjoy!
