Well this doesn’t bode will for any future Friends reunion plans (we’re never going to give up hope, never!) - David Schwimmer has admitted that he doesn’t hangout with his former Friends co-stars because they are all so busy.
The TV-star-turned-director chatted on BBC Breakfast about which cast-member he’s closest too and admitted the cast haven’t met up since the show ended in 2004, “The person I’m most in touch with is, coincidentally, Matt LeBlanc, who is doing a show here now – Episodes. But I live in New York and everyone else lives in Los Angeles. I don’t think we’ve all been in the same room since the show ended. We have such different lives, we have families now. It’s hard.”
Now were not saying we thought the cast met up once a week for a coffee and a chinwag in Central Perk (it's a fictional coffee shop for a start, and we’re not quite that deluded), but we’re still surprised to hear that the gang haven’t met up at any point since the show ended. Don’t you meet up with former colleagues? We know we do. Someone NEEDS to get Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer down the pub, pronto. We’re sure once they’re all together they’ll realise a Friends reunion is good idea.
