Katie Price says son Harvey WILL appear in her new TV show

She's always been adamant that her kids will never feature on her TV series but Katie Price has had a very deep rethink and has now declared son Harvey will now feature in her new show - a one-off programme about caring for people with disabilities for Sky Living.

Talking about the decision and why she has chosen to include Harvey in the documentary, Katie revealed, "He [Harvey] has been my one constant over the past eight years and, alongside Junior and Princess, remains the most important person in my life."

Last year, Katie made it very clear she wouldn't want her kids on any TV show - and even had a snipe at ex-husband Peter Andre for featuring them on his ITV2 reality show, Peter Andre: The Next Chapter. She said at the time how she wanted to give them as "normal a childhood as possible" - but it looks like it's she's completely changed her mind and actually made a show about one of her sons.

Kate’s people insist the show will be an insightful look into the life of a carer. But we want to know what you think. Will you be tuning in to Katie’s one off special show?

Standing Up For Harvey will air on Thursday 30 June on Sky Living.

Elaine I think the point people are trying to make is not that they wouldnt get help if they had the money, but that they are making a film of a carer and technically she isnt, why not use a normal person who IS caring day in day out? Agree with Weewoo, shes not his carer shes his mother. init.

Who cares? No one is watching her show anymore anyway.

Agreed Zoolander, she's hardly representative of carers in the UK, the majority of whom are caring 24/7, week in week out. She is here, there and everywhere, and on here reality TV show seems to spend very little time with Harvey. In fact, in one episode I watched she moaned about the fact that it was shit spending Christmas with him as he didn't know what was going on!

Oh god, is this the hideous idea of hers to try and get Frankie Boyle to meet her and Harvey. Is there NO aspect of her childrens/her life that she wont shove in front of a camera?! Seek an apology privately you complete clusterf*ck of a disaster. Plus, dont try and garner sympathy regarding caring for children with disabilities. YOU DONT! Theres alot of celebs who raise diasbled children and raise awareness for charities in a way that's classy and dignified and not bordering on exploitation. Lots of 'real-life' people raise diasbled children without resbite whilst this odious chuffer swans off on holidays galore. How many of those people will feature on this show. I'd wager none. She's hideous. Seriously bloody hideous.

she's not really his carer though, she's his mother - she has other people caring for him most of the time, mostly her mother who has been really good, Jordan seems to spend her time trailing the country selling/signing stuff, going on holidays and doing what she pleases

I suppose being about disabilities she might as well have him on there, but why show them in all the other programmes is just whoring them out, poor little sods

This is just another excuse to whore out her son if that doesn't sound too harsh. Yes Harvey has a disability which is bad enough and i know she wants to highlight that but does she really have to bring him out on her show everytime she feels that people are forgetting about it.

Didn't sound harsh Gymbunny - I know exactly what you mean, I have a disabled child, I dont have the money for constant holidays, I dont have the time to go off promoting my book/tv series/perfume..... I live with my husband so dont have spare time when 'he' is looking after them for a week/weekend. It would be a good idea to show 'proper' carer.
