Ted Danson, the fella from Cheers, Three Men And A Baby and, erm, Loch Ness is going to join CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Ted will play the new supervisor for the super-glamorous Las Vegas CSI team.
This means that Ted will finally get to play a cop like his Three Men And A Baby co-stars. Steve Guttenberg was in Carey Mahoney the Police Academy films and Tom Selleck was the legendary moustached Magnum P.I.
Ted Danson will play the new supervisor for the Las Vegas CSI team in series 12 of the show. The position has previously been held by William Petersen (the man with the nice beard) and Laurence Fishburne (from The Matrix).
We can’t believe that Ted has been on our screens for nearly 30 years, after first appearing as Sam Malone in Cheers, and we are impressed by how little he has aged. He must have found that magical well of youth like Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp and Keanu Reeves.
