Yesterday, we brought you the news that Cheryl Cole has been offered a small role in new film, What To Expect When You’re Expecting, with Cameron Diaz and Jennifer Lopez. Today, we bring you the news that she might have also bagged herself a cameo on hit TV cheese-fest, Glee.
According to reports,team Chez (that’s the one led by Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas), have been having a good old chin wag with bosses at Glee HQ (Fox) – and there's even been talk of a special appearance on E4 comedy show, How I Met Your Mother. And it seems even though Fox weren’t keen on her for The X Factor USA, they are considering Glee as an option.
Sources say Will.i.am is very proud of Cheryl and he's determined to get her out on American TV screens as soon as possible – if anything, just to get her more exposure. But with Glee going out all over the world now, it seems Chez bagging a role on the hit show could just be the right move.
Glee star Matthew Morrison is definitely on board with the idea though. Earlier this year he said, “Appearing in Glee would be a good way for Cheryl to crack America”.
If her film plans go ahead, Chez will be filming her scenes in What To Expect When You’re Expecting later this month in the US. The film is due for release next May.
