Oh how very exciting! News of the brand new Strictly Come Dancing 2011 line up have been revealed this morning, and there are some amazing names on the list according to The Sun. Although the official confirmation won’t come until next week, this particular load of celebrities appear to be the real deal – and we won’t lie, it’s one of the best line ups yet with McFly’s mighty fine drummer Harry Judd leading the pack.
Now you may remember Harry actually kicked some dance ass with partner Ola Jordan on Children In Need last year. And now he’s returning for the real deal, joining the likes of Lulu (oh yes, she's back), fittie sports presenter Dan Lobb from Daybreak, our childhood crush Jason Donovan, ex Neighbours babe Holly Valance, impressionist Rory Bremner and The One Show presenter Alex Jones.
There will be a few more too (including rumours that former MP Edwina Currie will be jangling her dancey bits), but as we say, the full and glorious line up will be confirmed next week. But if you're anything like us, you probably stopped reading out the names around the mention of 'Harry Judd'. Although we reckon Dan Lobb could be a bit of a dark horse too. He delivers his sports reports particularly well on Daybreak, so we’re sure he can deliver some treats on the dance floor too.
So what do you think of the line up? Is it exciting enough to make you switch over from The X Factor on ITV1? Or will you be setting the Sky+ every Saturday until Christmas? Do tell… And in case you need a reminder of just how hot Harry McFly is when he's got his dance moves going on, here's a reminder in the form of his performance from Children In Need Live back in 2010.
