Despite the fact that it was dark when we got up to walk the dog this morning and there are already Christmas decorations in the shops, we still aren't sick enough of winter to want to head where these celebs are, even if it does mean guaranteed sunshine. Yep, the first list of possible contestants for the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here has emerged – and it looks set to be a very interesting series.
According to reports, Imogen Thomas is the most likely celeb to be entering the Aussie jungle next month, with bookies predicting that Dannii Minogue's fella Kris Smith, camp dancer Louie Spence and former footballer Paul Gascoigne are also likely contenders. The other "celeb" in the frame is Wagner from last year's X Factor. Wagner? Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear. Still, at least we'd get to vote for him to eat some 'roo-balls and worse.
As well as rumours about the possible contestants, there's also speculation that the show could be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. We hope this doesn't happen, simply because I'm A Celeb has been responsible for some of the funniest TV moments in recent history. Who could forget Dean Gaffney dry-heaving his way around that gauntlet of tasks? And Paul Burrell. Just everything about him. Let's not forget that this is also the show where Peter Andre met Katie Price. And Marc Bannerman met Cerys Matthews. Actually, let's forget both those things.
Who would you like to see eating insects and crying in the jungle next month?
