Singer, musician, model and all round yummy mummy Mylenne Klass has reportedly just turned down a prime-time role as presenter of morning show Daybreak.
The show was presented by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley however the two have been shown the door as producers at the beeb are planning on a revamp of the entire series.
Myleene’s reason for turning down the job is that she wants to spend more time with her kids, and she says that in her house mornings are crucial family time. The former Hearsay member (Oh come on, did you really think we were going to mention Myleene and not reference HearSay?!) says,
“I have had offers, but have had to turn them down because it doesn’t work for my family…My rule is that I’m there for when my children wake up and for their bedtime. I’m not driven by big-money contracts.”
The job has also reportedly been offered to Eamonn Holmes and Natasha Kaplinsky who have allegedly also turned it down.
We suppose with two young ragamuffins under her belt; Ava, four and Hero at just nine-months old, Myleene might feel a little guilty taking the job. Though we're not the best people to offer advice on the subject, we try our best to fob off most things in the morning.
