Sometimes we can’t watch Don’t Tell The Bride without cowering in fear behind a pillow, aghast at what the blokes are deciding to do with the wedding budget. So imagine our horror when we discovered that Jedward will be starring in a new Channel 5 series called Celebrity Wedding Planner.
The Irish twins will be seen planning the nuptials of brave burlesque dancer Beulah and her fiancé James. The couple agreed to let an unspecified celebrity plan their wedding, so it was only after they signed up that they found out who’d be planning the most important day of their lives!
We cannot wait to see the looks on their faces when they find out that the the peppy ex-X Factor and Celebrity Big Brother contestants are to use a £12,000 budget how they see fit (please let it not be hairspray and matching animal-themed shoes).
The bride and groom aren’t destined for disaster, though. John and Edward are watched over by their best friends, who manage to divert absolute pandemonium. The happy day has fire-eaters, a stuffed gorilla and a party in a circus-style big top.
Pranksters
The last time we heard from the pair, they’d annoyed Gavin & Stacey star Ruth Jones on Alan Carr: Chatty Man by tipping a tub of hair gel over her head. The poor lady had to sit through the interview covered in gel because she didn’t have a spare outfit to change into! Let’s hope they cause less havoc on Beulah’s big day!
