Samantha Womack has revealed that she turned down Simon Cowell’s offer to become one of the new judges for Britain’s Got Talent!
The ex-Eastender was approached by show boss Simon but could not accept as she is performing the theatre tour of South Pacific.
She told The Sun: ‘We talked about me joining. But I'm contracted to South Pacific until March.’

Simon was so desperate for Sam to join the panel that he flew her out to his LA mansion to discuss details.
He had been left short following Michael McIntyre’s decision to quit the show and fellow judge David Hasselhoff was axed!
Strictly judge Alesha Dixon and comedian David Walliams have joined Simon this year, and Amanda Holden has returned following the birth of her baby girl Hollie Rose.
