Britain's Got Talent always delivers - whether it's a batty old lady storming about the stage, convinced she can sing, or a limber dance troupe who can wow with their flexibility. And this time, it's delivered Paige Turley, who has an incredible talent.
The Scottish schoolgirl impressed the panel and audience with her rendition of Birdie's version of Bon Iver's Skinny Love. Alesha is stunned, saying: "Very surprising, you should be really proud, you just blew us away."
Amanda agrees, adding: "Your voice is absolutely amazing, you have got a really bright future ahead of you." Paige wows even the famously fussy Simon Cowell, too: "I think you are absolutely fantastic, you have a really interesting and unique voice. I really really like you."
Over on rival show The Voice, judge will.i.am breaks down in tears after a contestant sang a version of a track he wrote.
When music teacher Jaz Ellington sang John Legend's Ordinary People, the Black Eyed Peas star made an emotional speech about hitting the button at the right moment: "I'm going to speak from the heart right now."
"A couple of singers ago, I got a little sad, because I wrote a song called Ordinary People and it's a piece of my heart and I really wanted that girl [we're guessing this is a previous contestant] to be on my team."
"So I was kind of like shooken up. And then a real incredible singer came out, two singers after her. I was hesitant to hit the button. I was like 'No don't do it, something else is going to come that's really spectacular' And here you come just singing like you just fell out the sky and stuff."
"So as a lesson to every single person on the planet. Follow your gut."
And what does your gut say about BGT and The Voice? Which one's got your vote?
