Exclusive! What’s happening on Sunday’s TOWIE: secret texting, break ups and puppies

Wednesday’s episode of The Only Way Is Essex was filled to the brim with rows, love interests and A LOT of public displays of affection.

Lauren Pope and Tom Pearce went on a date and smooched each other silly.

Cara Kilbey and Billi Mucklow told Arg how unhappy they were with him and following the trend of being mean, Gemma Collins and Charlie King had a little dig at each other.

Gemma introduced her new man Rami to the group. And then snogged the life out of him in front of everyone.

Anyway, onwards and upwards…

Here’s what you can expect from Sunday’s episode:

Lydia gets a new pooch

Lydia Bright goes in search of love – puppy love that is. She heads to a pet rescue centre with mum Debbie and good pal Bobby, and falls in love with an abandoned dog called Scruffy. She adopts the little critter and changes its name to Dolly.

But it’s not all pooches and fun times for Lydia.

Is Lydia Sexting Tom?

Diags has too much pop and reveals to Arg that Tom Kilbey, Billi’s ex and Cara’s brother, and Lydia have been texting each other. Diags realises he probably shouldn’t have done that and confides in buddy Joey Essex.

“I told Arg that Tom Kilbey has been texting Lydia,” Diags tells Joey.

“Why? Why did you say that?” Joey’s not happy.

Diags blames the booze: “Drunk! … You know I spoke to you about it, and then I got drunk and then when you get drunk you just say stuff don’t you.”

Arg confronts Lydia about the texting.

“There’s nothing more hurtful that you could ever do with someone than break up with someone and then go with one of your ex’s friends.”

Charlie and Little Chris seek help

Charlie and Little Chris decide they need some serious help with the ladies. And who better to ask for advice? That’s right, our very own Hugh Hefner, Mick Norcross. They grab a drink at a fancy gentlemen’s club and Mick hands out his finest pulling tips to the hopeless pair.

No offence.

Sam and Billie chat about Joey

Things were looking so good for on-again-off-again love buddies Sam Faiers and Joey on Wednesday’s episode. But not anymore.

Sam is furious to hear that Joey was photographed leaving a club with a mystery blonde on his arm.

“Everyone thinks that Joey's so innocent and lovely and I you broke up with him it was ‘bad Sam, poor Joey’… he’s the same as every boy in Essex,” Sam tells sister Billie. “He knows full well that what he’s done is wrong.”

“I can’t understand it, he’s let himself down,” Billie says.

Sam confronts Joey

Sam tells Joey she wants to meet up and have a chat, which almost always means someone is in bigggggggg trouble.

“You’ve got guilty written all over your face….You went home with a girl end of….” Sam tells Joey.

“The girl last night means nothing to me….Sam I love you Sam,” Joey replies.

But is it too little too late?
