Jerry Hall has been voted off Strictly Come Dancing

It was Hollywood week on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend, but there was one couple who didn’t put in an Oscar-winning performance.

Jerry Hall and Anton Du Beke have become the latest couple to walk off the dance floor never to return… sob!

Jerry and her professional partner Anton found themselves in the bottom two along side Michael Vaughn and Natalie Lowe, and both couples had to take to the dance floor again to fight for their place during a very tense dance-off.

Jerry and Anton’s Quickstep to Mrs Robinson failed to impress the judges, however. Craig saved cricketer Michael, “For me, this couple improved slightly, and were a little bit better, which was encouraging. The couple I would like to save is Michael and Natalie,” he said.

Darcey also chose to save Michael, “Both couples have improved so much over the last few weeks. It is so hard to take it on this one performance, because nerves got hold of both of them. I have to save Michael and Natalie,” she said.

Jerry and Anton did get one vote though, from Bruno. He told the couples, “Well I actually thought that both couples were very, very nervous tonight. I thought they actually didn’t improve. There were mistakes, lack of rhythm, timing, and by a whisker I’m going to save Jerry and Anton.”

Head judge Len Goodman had the casting vote, and he decided to save Michael.

We’re now left with just 12 celebrities – Louis Smith, Denise Van Outen, Kimberley Walsh, Lisa Riley, Dani Harmer, Sid Owen, Victoria Pendleton, Colin Salmon, Nicky Byrne, Richard Arnold and Michael Vaughn for next week’s Halloween extravaganza.
