We’re used to hearing about ridiculous demands from pop divas, but never from Beyonce Knowles. But our on-site Glasto spy tells us that the singer has allegedly made a series of strange demands ahead of her headline performance on the Pyramid stage tonight.
Among the odd requests, our snoop tells us that…
- Beyonce has demanded her very own wifi connection backstage, that only she will be allowed to use. She doesn’t want to use the same connection that everyone else on the site will hook up to, despite the fact that she’ll only be around for a few hours.
- As well as arriving on site by helicopter the Crazy In Love singer will have two burley blokes on stand-by to carry her on stage should the famous Glastonbury mud have failed to dry up in time for the start of her set. Now this we kinda get - a girl doesn’t want to get muck on her killer high heels.
Reports that Bey’s Destiny’s Child band mates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will join her on stage for a Destiny’s child reunion are still going strong, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed that Beyonce and the girls will bust out a few of the classic Destiny’s Child hits.
