We awoke in our sweaty tent to find the promised rain for Sunday’s V Festival was probably never going to happen. It was BAKING! Great for sitting around watching bands, not so great to sleep in a plastic tent…

Feeling a little sore of head, we set off on a mission to find food. Spotting a queue about a mile long for the bacon butty van, we quickly got in. Just in front of us, a very skinny Jack O’Connell was dancing around with his shirt off along with Skins co-star and ex-girlfriend Kaya Scodelario, who looked gorgeous in red hot pants.

Once we’d sated our hangover hunger, we marched off to the Virgin Media Louder Lounge for another day of fun. Straight away we saw Pixie Lott smooching her handsome boyf. We also saw Pixie Lott’s undies because her white playsuit was a tad see-through. White playsuit + black undies = disaster.
BR>The TOWIE lot were out in force for Sunday’s shenanigans. Jessica Wright spotted heat and pulled us over a giant hug.

Joey Essex had possibly the tightest skinny jeans on we have ever seen. He had just ben into the MAC tent to get his make up done. Festival glittery make up, that is.

For Ellie Goulding’s set we managed to get a spot on the hill where we could see the blonde singer perfetctly. Her choice of stage-wear was not something we ever thought we’d see Ellie in. A badly fitted bralet and high-waisted too-tight American Apparel shorts? Oh Ellie. Back to your tomboy skinnies you go, please.

Outfit aside, Ellie’s voice was perfect and the songs went down a treat with the pop-starved crowd.

The N-Dubz boys nabbed their lead singer back from the X Factor panel for a hit-packed set list of tunes. We were more than a little bit jel of Tulisa's glam-ness. Our festival stench was definitely beginning to set in...

As the day wore on, the excitement for the upcoming Rihanna gig almost got too much. Almost. Luckily there were plenty of cakes and puddings on hand to help calm us down.

Rihanna hit the stage wearing skimpy leather shorts and a tie-up shirt looking amazing. Yikes. Maybe all of those free burgers weren’t such a good idea after…

The curly haired songstress had the entire audience swinging their hips to her sexy songs. Thanks Rihanna, we really wanted to see that overweight bloke with the hairy bum crack getting down ‘n’ dirty on the grass. NOT. Bum-crack-bearing-fans aside, Rihanna’s performance was the highlight of our festival. At one point the saucy singer was straddling a giant cannon! Naughty but utterly wonderful. Unable to stay for Eminem’s raptastic piece, we hitched a ride back to London to crawl into our non-sweaty beds, heavier and a whole lot happier than before. Thanks V Festival, it was fun. See you again next year!
