So, here’s the bit you don’t get to see when you’re watching shows like T4 On The Beach, O2 Wireless and the NME Awards. When celebs go backstage they enter a haven of exciting free goodies in the shape of Talent Retreat (see pic above). Organised by hotshot PR organisation Montgomery Ellis, the idea is for performing artists to be pampered at all times of the day.
