It's impossible not to notice that most of the "heartthrobs" of today have one major thing in common, but it might not be the first thing that springs to mind. According to new studies, women are more attracted to men with feminine features, as opposed to the square jaws and rugged masculine features of hunks such as Bruce Willis and Russell Crowe. Famous fellas such as Zac Efron and Chace Crawford – who are basically the same person looks wise – and the hugely popular Robert Pattinson all bear feminine attributes such as wide eyes, thinner eyebrows and more delicate frames. Studies done by evolutionary psychologist Dr Lynda Boothroyd revealed that women chose men with these features as better life partners than more typically masculine males. The view was that these manly types would be more likely to cheat, while the feminine, younger men would be more likely to stay at home and be good fathers. We've done a little gallery of some of the most popular men of the moment, and it's true that many of them do have these so-called "feminine features". Do you agree that these men are more desirable, or who would you prefer a beefy Bruce Willis type any day?
