“He truly deserves this,” says Lisa Flanagan who nominated Anthony.

“Ant is a fitness freak and spends most of his time in the gym. He also does taekwondo as a main hobby. Considering how he looks (HOT!!!) he doesn’t have the best self esteem (awww), so getting this far will mean the absolute world to him. He is one of the nicest guys I know and has a heart of gold!

“As far as celeb crushes go, he has a bit of a thing for Milla Jovovich - he clearly has a thing for bad girls ;)

Charlie tells us. “I work as an accountant for a large retailer and I was persuaded to enter the competition by the Beauty Therapist at my gym - Mandy, and then also by my girlfriend - Dani.

“I work out 5-6 days per week and both of them think I deserve to win for the effort I put in week on week. I have to eat at least six healthy meals per day (which includes a mild peanut butter addiction), but still love a cheeky beer and a takeaway at weekends. 18 months ago I was just thinking about getting fit and now I'm in the final of this competition!”
 

Jay

 

Hi, I’m Jay. I was persuaded to enter this competition by my friend’s wife, who thinks I spend far too much time in the gym!

She is probably right because I do workout every day and also play semi professional football so exercise is part of my daily routine. I like to take care of myself but I would say it is more about the sport than the appearance, my friends would probably say the opposite though!

My celeb crush is definitely Pamela Anderson, everyone loves a hot blonde don’t they?

I’m a builder by trade, so I don’t mind getting my hands dirty. I’m a fun guy who likes to have a laugh and a bit of banter.

I would love to win this competition and I think my team mates would love it too, so they could spend the rest of the year taking the mickey out of me and putting pictures up around the dressing room.

Raoul tells us, “I'm an electrician… So I'm handy to have around the house if you need a light bulb changing.

“Interesting fact; I'm a dab hand baking cupcakes. My chocolate hazelnut ones go down a treat – Nigella’s got nothing on me.

I am doing a free falling parachute jump from 12 thousand feet for charity on the 31st March 2012. My celebrity crush is Jessica Alba.”

“Interesting facts about Simon are: He works in Sainsburys as a Team Leader after returning from a long break to work as a promo guy on Zante (and to boost his popularity with the ladies). Whilst on holiday he won Mr Aiya Napa 2010!

He spends his life in the gym or on the sunbed and his beauty routine takes longer than most women! His ideal woman is Megan Fox but will settle for a cross between a girl from Geordie Shore and TOWIE!”
