We recently spoke to T4 presenters Jameela Jamil, Nick Grimshaw, Matt Edmondson, Will Best and Georgie Okell to find out what this year’s T4 On The Beach has in store.
“Well it’s our 10th birthday so we’ll be singing Happy Birthday to ourselves quite a lot. And we’re cooking an enormous cake for 40,000 people,” Georgie told us.
But apart from party hats, balloons and ice cream and jelly at this year’s T4 On The Beach, which takes place 1 July in Weston-super-Mare, you can also expect a bucket (and spade) full of great acts.
As well as The Wanted, Marina and the Diamonds, Wretch 32, Little Mix, Dappy, Labrinth, Professor Green, Rizzle Kicks, Tulisa and Conor Maynard, we’ve also been told about some exciting acts that have only just been confirmed.
New acts announced
We’ve just been told that Taio Cruz, Lawson, Stooshe, Ashleigh and Pudsey, Devlin and Skepta will all be taking to the T4 stage – come rain or shine – to perform at this year’s event, along with special appearances from ex-T4 presenters Vernon Kay and June Sarpong.
