So the sun can’t make its mind up but we know there’s one guaranteed way to inject a little bit of sunshine into your weekend no matter what the weathermen say, nothing says summertime like a delicious cocktail and this weekend we’re going to make like those SATC gals and treat ourselves to a Malibu Cosmo.
Here’s how to make yours…
35ml Malibu
25ml vodka
75ml cranberry juice
10ml lime cordial or lime juice
Shake all the ingredients together and pour into a Martini glass without ice. Garnish with a twist of orange.
