About me

I've got a lovely wee daughter (as you might be able to tell from my pics), love Elbow (the band, not a random elbow), classic horror films, J D Salinger books, Peep Show and dancing in a rubbish fashion.

My claim to fame...

Burning Question

Past Burning Questions

  • What's your favourite cheese?
    • I'm boring when it comes to cheese - a nice bit of cheddar on toast or mozzarella on a pizza pie does me fine.
  • What's your favourite thing on TV at the moment?
    • Strictly Come Dancing
  • What's the punchline to your favourite joke?
    • You come in here, giving it all that (make chatting hands). Doesn't come across well in print, but believe me, it's terribly funny.
  • Who do you want to win The X Factor?
    • Diana or Laura
  • What would be the theme tune to your life?
    • Forget Myself by Elbow
  • If a TV show was made about your life, who would play you?
    • Claudia Winkleman - not cos she looks anything like me, just because I LOVE her!
  • What was/will be your first autumn/winter purchase?
    • Will have to start buying Christmas and birthday prezzies for my daughter. Her birthday's just over a week after Christmas, should really have considered how many prezzies I'd have to buy in a short space of time before conceiving!
  • What has been your favourite moment of Big Brother 9?
    • The Irish dancing task. The tasks this year have been the best yet, huzzah!
  • Apart from your house and your car, What's the most expensive thing you've ever bought?
    • Probably my daughter's pram. Babies are expensive!
  • In view of Madonna's landmark birthday, what would you like to be doing at 50?
    • I'd like to be retired with 3 children and enjoying the autumn of my life. Boring but true!
