Best: Kate Moss
Amidst reports that maybe the unthinkable was happening and Mossy was starting to lose it a bit, she stuck two fingers up to the world and emerged with this gorgeous new look-at-me fringe. Accentuating those killer cheekbones and drawing attention to her sexy eyes, it took years off her and as soon as the pictures landed on heatworld's desk it was all we could do not to run to the loos with our paper scissors to try and copy her look.
Worst: Coleen
Is it a perm? Is it a dead poodle? No, it's just the result of a very nasty incident between poor old Coleen's barnet, some rollers left over from the 70s, and an Ozone-destroying quantity of hairspray. And it wasn't even Halloween.
