Lately, we’ve been wondering if Mischa Barton’s up to something suspicious. Given that her acting career isn’t exactly grabbing headlines, has she figured that the only way to keep people talking about her is to wear such god-awful clothes that she’s a permanent fixture in the worst-dressed pages? Mischa has been wearing these nasty boots pretty much every day recently – and that’s despite the fact that she lives in LA where it’s surely far too warm for such things. Mind you, even if we lived in Antarctica, we don’t think we’d be seen dead with these fringed horrors rattling around our legs. Can you imagine how many cows must have died to make Mischa look so ridiculous?
