We've all had it happen to us. You're heading out for the night, all excited in that new skirt you got from Topshop and then disaster – someone is wearing the same thing. Aaaargh! Still, imagine you're a celebrity at a red-carpet event, surrounded by photographers and wearing something VERY bright indeed... This is exactly what happened to poor Tara Palmer-Tomkinson last night. Wearing what can only be described as a "shocking pink" dress, Tara was happily posing for the cameras when she spotted someone else in the same outfit. Cringe city. And, the lady in question is just a poor, unsuspecting member of the public who's managed to end up as the news.
