When something has the word “glamour” in the title, people know they should make a bit of an effort – so, at last night’s Glamour Woman of the Year Awards in New York, nobody did a Beverly Knight and rocked up to the red carpet in jeans. Lots of A-listers, including America Ferrera, Natalie Portman and Nicole Kidman turned up at the ceremony, along with some more political types, as you’ll see in our gallery. Gosh, aren’t we highbrow? No? Damn, let’s just talk about clothes and hair and shoes and bags and lipstick then – who’s the most glamorous of them all, and who should have gone bowling instead?
