OK, we also like the gossip and the cringeworthy acceptance speeches, but mostly it’s about the pretty dresses. Last night, the World Music Awards took place in Monte Carlo, and it was all terribly A-list. Leona Lewis won two awards and was notable by her absence, but a host of big stars who are so famous they only have one name more than made up for it – Beyonce, Mariah and Solange all got dressed up for the occasion, along with some homegrown singing talent like Estelle and a newly pregnant Sophie Ellis Bextor. And, as well as eye candy of the fashion variety, there were also some fitties in the form of Jesse Metcalfe and Chace Crawford.
