OK, so we all know that Britney Spears and Madonna have shared more than just clothes in the past (saliva being one of them), but Britters' outfit when she performed her new single Womanizer at the Bambi Awards in Germany last night is bordering on stalker behaviour. The only thing Brit is missing is the crotch guitar and veiny arms – with those it would be a complete mirror image.
