Lila Grace, if you’re reading this, please look away now: we’re about to reveal what mummy’s got you for Christmas. Yesterday Kate Moss braved the festive crowds and hit the shops in central London, but rather than spending her zillions on designer children’s clothes and expensive toys, she headed to the cheap and not especially cheerful BHS! Kate, with her boyfriend Jamie Hince trailing around after her, shopped at the rammed Oxford Street branch and bought lots of pink things for Lila, including a Hello Kitty sweets dispenser, charm bracelets and a vanity case. But, and forgive us for being a little cynical here, one must note that BHS is owned by Topshop tycoon Sir Philip Green, and we can’t help but wonder if he gave her a hefty discount (a discount at BHS? Doesn’t that mean everything would basically be free?) in exchange for her cooling-up the image of every granny’s favourite shopping destination. We bet the boss of Woolworths wishes they had a supermodel pal to work similar magic….
Kate Moss is a BHS fan!
