It might still be February, but we’re sick of winter and are trying to force ourselves to be full of the joys of spring. And it seems we’re not the only ones who’ve had that idea – Cat Deeley wore this very girly and flowery Matthew Williamson dress to the post-Oscars Vanity Fair party on Sunday night. However, Mischa Barton was trying her damndest to summon a springy spirit way back in November – she wore the very same dress to the opening of that trillion-zillion pound hotel in Dubai that all the stars flock to. OK, so this sort of frock is much more suited to the sunnier climates of LA and Dubai than it is to drizzly old Britain, but we still salute their efforts to bring a bit of flower power into our lives – even if the print is reminiscent of the Laura Ashley curtains our auntie had in the '80s.
