When we first saw this picture, we swear we actually felt some sympathy twinges in our own feet. How high are these heels? How does she even manage to walk in them?! How tall must she be?! It's usually only Posh who wears mind-boggling stilts, but it would appear she's not the only brave lady on the A-list. If heatworld tried to wear a pair of shoes like this, we'd undoubtedly end up a) falling flat on our face, or b) having a nosebleed from the extreme height. However, she does look pretty sexy in them, don't you think?
