Now, it's quite unusual for there to be a near 20-year age gap between our ladies on Who Wore It Best, and we're pretty convinced Celine Dion is probably the only 41-year-old willing to slip into this minidress. To be fair to Celine, though, she did wear this Balmain strapless number first, while she was on tour in September last year. Lindsay Lohan didn't get in on the act until a few days ago, when she wore the same dress to a watch launch in LA. Celine went all the way with sparkly accessories, while Lindsay let her red locks and simple strappy sandals do the talking.
