These boot/shoe/sandal things Lindsay Lohan stepped out in yesterday aren't the oddest footwear we've ever seen, but we doubt they're to everyone's taste, either. For one thing, they look a bit painful, like when you wear fishnet tights that wrap around your toes and turn them blue.
