It used to be that only Lady GaGa would go out wearing outfits with enormous shoulders like this, but it appears her influence has filtered through to other celeb ladies. Both Kelly Osbourne and Sarah Harding have stepped out in this grey structured frock in the past few weeks. While Kelly O slung a black belt round hers and pushed her feet into peep-toes while out in LA, Sarah kept it simple for a night at The Ivy club in London, wearing ankle boots and carrying a yummy slice of arm-candy.
