Who wore it best?
Katy Perry wore about 20 billion different outfits to the MTV EMAs last night, but one of them had actually already been worn by another celeb lady – and we have the proof! Camilla Belle, who is best know for being linked to both Joe Jonas and Robert Pattinson (get her!), wore this lace and feathered Marchesa dress a few weeks ago, teaming it with strappy sandals and flowing locks. Katy Perry, however, went for more vampy make-up last night, and pulled her hair into an up-'do. Personally, we think both girls deserve a prize for managing not to look like some sort of tropical bird, but there can only be one winner in this game. Who looks loveliest? It's up to YOU!
