According to Chloe Sevigny, however, this behaviour is perfectly acceptable. Why the hell would someone choose to have their bra on show like this unless they were Katie Price, Jodie Marsh or an ex-Big Brother housemate? Chloe has always been at the top of the fashionable table in the past, so we're going to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume this strange ensemble is something we'll all be wearing come the summer.
