In another couple of years, Noah Cyrus - sister of Miley - can rock this kind of look to her heart's content - but is it appropriate for a 10-year-old to look quite so, well, tarty? There could be worse to come, too, as together with this other child actress, Hannah Montana star Emily Greaves (who is just 8!), she's about to launch a line of clothing for Ooh La! La! Couture, which has been accused of resembling saucy adult lingerie. So, should Miley step in and have a word, or do you think it's fine for a pre-teen to dress like this?

Whatever the reason, there is no doubt that this outfit is horrendous with a capital H. It's trashy, cringy and uncomfortable to look at. Sexing up a 10-year-old is a BIG no-no. Please don't do it again."
