Denise Van Outen is back in shape already!

Was there anyone who wasn't at the David Walliams/Lara Stone wedding yesterday? Umm, apart from us... Anyway, amidst the star-studded arrivals there was one guest we couldn't fail to notice. Denise Van Outen arrived looking absolutely fantastic for someone who only had a baby two weeks ago. Sporting a super-flat tum, the only hint she's a new mum at all was her pumped-up cleavage. After telling heat she was going to take nine months to get her figure back because "it takes nine months to make a baby, so I'm giving myself nine months to get back inot shape" it looks like she's off to a roaring start.

I'm with you on that vampgirl, I think leaving baby a couple of hours is important. I don't understand women who leave them to go out on the lash but I do understand it's important to take a little me time or quality time with your partner when baby is safe and cared for. I have to say at 2 weeks post partum I could still barely sit down lmao

I gave birth to my 2nd child 8 weeks ago and can confirm that apart from being slightly wider in the waist and my stomach having less tone than normal, it was flat a mere 2 weeks after giving birth although support pants do help as well! Also, you are not a bad mother to be away from your child for a few hours to attend a wedding. Doing something you enjoy after giving birth can help to reduce post natal depression developing, I leave my children for a couple of hours most evenings to go to the gym - happy mum equals happy baby!
