Lovely Drew Barrymore is only a wee thing, we know, we met her. Teeny. But judging by the size of that mahoosive backpack she is a strong lady too. Barrymore was snapped leaving her hotel yesterday wearing some very nice printed trousers and carrying that big ol' bag. What on earth has she got in there?! Everything but the kitchen sink? No scrap that, she’s probably got the bathtub in there too.
