Queen of Pop Madonna celebrated her 52nd birthday two days early on Saturday night at the swanky Shoreditch House in London. The birthday girl chose a dark grey silk dress which showed off her gym honed body and an interesting beaded hand decoration. Could this have been to cover some unsightly SJP-veined hand, perhaps? And what’s with the abundance of crucifixes?! As well as the one around her neck, Madonna carried a huge gold cross in her hand. Her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes was there to help her ma celebrate, wearing biker boots, a biker jacket with lots of chains and crucifixes around her neck. A look also known as “80s Madonna”. Jesus Luz looked dapper and handsome in a smart black shirt and trousers.
Weirdly, other guests included Billie Piper and her hubby Laurence Fox, Claudia Winkleman and Paul Whitehouse. We love Billie's lacy black shift and fur stole. We just hope that's a faux fur, Billie...
